four bedroom, 3 bathroom home which is about 5 minutes drive from the
town centre. The house has all new furnishings. There are beautiful
lake and mountain views 2 outdoor areas. The home is over 3 levels.
Bedrooms:
King room. Ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, TV.
King room (may be split into 2 x single beds).
Queen bed which can be split, 1 x set of bunk beds with TV and DVD player.
One Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, TV.
All beds are equipped with electric blankets and there is radiator in each bedroom.
Living Area
The living area has a lounge suite, TV and stereo/DVD player.
There is an open fire (firewood is supplied) in the lounge.
The dining area is open to the kitchen with doors to two outdoor area with furniture.
Gas B-B-Q on outdoor patio.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
Bathroom
A family bathroom upstairs with a shower over a bath, toilet and hand basin.
Laundry
There are laundry facilities (a washing machine and dryer).
Servicing
The villa is not serviced daily, however we will service once during stays of 8 days or more.
All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied and included in the cost.
There is off street parking for up to 3 cars
Price
Low Season NZ$ 424 per night for a minimum 8 people.
High Season NZ$ 530 per night for a minimum 8 people.
NZ$ 35 per night for each extra person (up to 13)
