has a double bed (which can be split into 2 single beds) with an
ensuite bathroom. An extra single can be added in this room on request. Bedroom
3 has twin beds (2 x single beds) (which can be joined to make into a king bed) and an
extra single can be added on request. Ensuite shower/toilet.
All bedroom & bathroom linen is supplied and the beds have electric blankets. All 3 bedrooms have a TV.
Living Area
There is large patio with outdoor furniture & BBQ and stunning views of the lake and mountains. The living area has a flat screen TV with Sky TV & a
surround sound audio system.
The apartment has underfloor heating throughout.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a built in coffee maker.

There is a laundry room (washing machine & drier).
Servicing
We will service the apartment during stays of 8 days or more. There is underground parking available for 1 car at no extra cost.
