ALL RESERVATIONS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY  AND NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS PROVIDED BY VACATION VILLAS
  • To reserve a villa we require a two night deposit which may be paid either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by direct deposit into our bank account.
  • If paying the deposit by credit card you may use our secure site, fax or phone us with these details.  We will require the card number, expiry date and the name on the card please.  We may also request that you fax us a copy of the card itself.
  • If paying by direct credit then please be aware that if you are doing so from a non-NZ bank account there is an additional NZ$25 bank fee for the conversion which needs to be added to the amount of the deposit.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 28 days notice prior to your day of arrival or you will be liable for a cancellation fee of two nights tariff.  Cancellations outside this period may incur a 10% administration charge.  From the day of arrival you are liable for payment for the remainder of the full reservation.

PEAK PERIOD EASTER/CHRISTMAS - CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Minimum stay requirements may apply.
  • The deposit to reserve the villa is required as above
  • The total value of the stay (less deposit) must be paid on 1st of the month prior to your arrival
  • This will be receipted to you immediately via email
  • There is no refund of this payment on cancellation of the booking at any time after this date
  • Cancellations prior to 6 weeks out from your arrival may incur a 10% administration charge
  • We recommend you invest in travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances
OTHER PEAK PERIODS - CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Minimum stay requirements may apply
  • The deposit to reserve the villa is required as above
  • Payment of 50% of the total value of your stay (less your deposit) must be paid on the 1st of the month prior to your arrival. This will be receipted to you immediately via email
  • There is no refund of this payment on cancellation of the booking at any time after this date.
  • If the above 50% payment is not received then the booking will be cancelled with no refund of deposit
  • The remainder of the payment is due on arrival. You are liable for this payment whether or not you cancel within this period
  • Cancellations prior to 6 weeks out from your arrival may incur a 10% administration charge
  • We recommend you invest in travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

During your stay you are expected to take good care of the villa/holiday homes and the chattels therein.

In the event of the villa or any of the chattels therein being lost or damaged during your stay through any act or omission by you or any of your visitors, you hereby authorise and direct us to debit the credit card, particulars of which have been given to us for tariff payment purposes, with the cost of repairing such damage or replacing such items.
