Modern luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home,
set over two levels with stunning views over Lake Wakatipu. It is
located within 3 minutes drive from the town centre, or a 10-20 minute
walk.
- All bedrooms are on the lower level.
- Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and views of the lake and mountains.
- Bedroom 2 has a king bed (which can be split into singles).
- Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (which can be joined as a king bed).
- There is a guest bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit.
- The kitchen is on the entrance level, fully equipped with a gas hob, electric stove and dishwasher.
- There is a laundry room with washing machine & dryer.
- The dining area is open flowing to the kitchen and lounge with a small balcony facing the lake and mountains.
- The living area has a lounge suite, flat screen TV with free view and DVD.
- All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied and included in the cost.

The villa is not serviced daily. We will however service the villa once during stays of 8 nights or more.
LOW SEASON: NZ$340 / night for up to 4 people (inc. 20% discount).
HIGH SEASON: NZ$272 / night for up to 4 people.
NZ$35 / night for each extra person.
Minimum rate & stay will apply any time.
