- The kitchen on the lower level is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher.
- The dining area is open flowing to the kitchen and lounge.
- The living area has a lounge suite, TV and DVD and doors leading onto the patio area with a gas BBQ.
- All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied and included in the cost.
